Responsibilities:

• Design, configure and optimize Jira Service Management workflows for Enterprise Service Management processes.
• Support the adaptation of accounting-related workflows and ensure that service requests are correctly routed into the relevant accounting processes.
• Analyze existing request and workflow structures and identify opportunities for standardization, optimization and automation.
• Translate business and process requirements into scalable workflow designs within Jira Service Management.
• Work closely with an experienced Germany-based subject matter expert and help scale the existing workflow know-how into the Malaysia delivery team.
• Support testing, documentation and quality assurance of workflow changes and process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience with Jira Service Management administration and workflow configuration.
• Good understanding of workflow design, process modeling and service request handling.
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into practical Jira Service Management solutions.
• Knowledge of automation concepts, workflow governance and process optimization is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working.
• Good written and spoken English skills for collaboration in an international delivery setup.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality solutions.
