Overview:
Mitel is looking for an Atlassian administrator for their Bangalore location.
Responsibilities:

Configuration, Maintenance, and Administration: Manage and maintain Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket.

Add-on Management: Evaluate and manage the usage of Atlassian add-ons to meet team and business needs.

Process Implementation: Work with development and design teams to identify procedural efficiencies, such as with Jira Workflows, custom fields, etc.
-
Integration: Devise, test, and deploy integrations between Atlassian products and other internal toolchains (ServiceNow).

Conduct training for employees and new hires on Jira and brief teams on new functionalities.

Issue Resolution: Promptly resolve issues with Jira Projects and Confluence in coordination with other admins, partner teams, and Atlassian support.
Requirements:
-
Any Graduate or Post Graduate
-
5+ years of experience administrating Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket ) & ServiceNow
-
Development: Experience extending Atlassian products via code development and integrating them with other systems is preferable.
-
Knowledge of Perl & Python is needed to manage integrated backend scripts.
-
Technical Skills: Script Runner , Strong knowledge of JQL (Jira Query Language) and familiarity with both Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

Any Atlassian admin Certification is preferable

Good communication skills
-
Work independently and be a strong individual contributor

Integrate commercial and open-source tools with business processes for better Reporting
-
Familiar with software development process (SAFe).
