On a daily basis, you will

  • Collaborate with diverse teams to develop solutions that enhance development operations.
  • Promote best practices using Atlassian tools with Engineering Managers' support.
  • Upgrade and maintain Atlassian tools.
  • Manage Identity and Access Management, including user setup and permissions.
  • Train end-users on the effective use of Atlassian tools.
  • Implement security controls to protect environments.
  • Monitor Atlassian applications, review logs, create documentation, address performance, and adopt new features.
  • Optimize Atlassian workflows and assess functionality for user requests.
  • Maintain the Atlassian suite, including plug-ins, and plan product growth.
  • Create and implement standard templates and workflows, with customization as needed.
  • Manage change processes and communication.
  • Document configurations, processes, guides, and known issues.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with IT Operations to resolve issues promptly.

The skills you will demonstrate

  • 4+ years of experience managing and configuring Jira Cloud in multiple project environments.
  • Proven knowledge and experience in managing further Atlassian Cloud products (Confluence, Jira Service Management, Trello, Atlas, Compass, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Agile Framework and Kanban development frameworks and project management methodologies
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex technical issues.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting technical users and conducting requirements analysis.
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly autonomous and pragmatic
  • Open-minded and very positive can-do attitude
  • Prefer to work in a team, share information, and ideas and understand the power of collective thinking to get the best solutions
  • Comfortable in dealing with change and complexity
  • Self-confident enough to challenge the status quo as well as to receive and give feedback to improve the team and yourself
