OVERVIEW:
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Back Office Case Management & Resolution
Complete assigned back-office work queues to resolve Athlete issues efficiently and accurately. This includes but is not limited to gift card support, DSG T2 assignment groups, and department owned inboxes.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation for all interactions.
Correspond with Athletes via email, providing timely follow-up and ensuring all interactions are fully resolved.
Ensure all SLAs and productivity expectations for backlog and queue management are met completing at least 50 interactions per day.
Cross-Functional Partnership
Collaborate with internal supervisor team to resolve complex issues.
Communicate via email and internal platforms to gather information and drive resolution.
Share insights and trends weekly with supervisors to improve processes and athlete experience.
Team Engagement & Continuous Improvement
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and process improvement initiatives.
Contribute ideas to enhance back-office workflows and overall athlete satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
<1 year experience in administrative support, customer service, retail, or operations preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
Experience with CRM tools, order management systems, and shipping platforms (e.g., FedEx, UPS) preferred
Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume workload
Effective written communication skills for internal and documented interactions
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment
Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration
Adaptability in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
