JOB TITLE: ATF Compliance Assistant
JOB SUMMARY
The Compliance Assistant will assist the compliance and fulfillment departments with inventory control, orders processing, and records management.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be comfortable handling firearms
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Excel
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of ATF regulations is preferred
- Outstanding organizational skills
CORE DUTIES
- Acquire and dispose of all firearms in the electronic bound book per ATF regulations
- Disassemble and destroy firearms
- Stay current with ATF compliance regulations
- Inventory control
- Assist with error reduction
- Internal audits
- Other duties as assigned
HOURS
- 1st shift position
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Overtime as needed
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Candidates that accept an offer of employment will be required to pass a background and drug screen.? Candidates must also meet ATF requirements for firearm possession.
