Develop new sales opportunities, manage prospects through closing, grow existing accounts, and build relationships with distributors, partners, and customers. The role researches markets, presents products and pricing, coordinates customer visits and trade shows, identifies partnerships, maintains sales records, and collaborates with engineering, marketing, and product teams. It reports sales activity and growth opportunities to the COO and requires travel up to 25%.

Provides administrative support through record keeping, data entry, correspondence preparation, expense tracking, office supply management, and confidential information handling. Supports management, project tasks, shipping, inventory, sales, and customer service functions. Communicates with customers, processes orders and payments, resolves complaints and returns, reviews accounts, and monitors customer satisfaction. Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks, strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.

Perform sandblasting and anodizing operations: prepare and mask parts, load racks, monitor tank times/temperatures, inspect finishes, maintain equipment and work areas, complete shift logs and part counts, follow SOPs and ATF compliance, and perform related duties.

Perform sandblasting operations to prepare and finish CNC-machined parts, including loading abrasive media, masking, equipment maintenance, inspecting finished parts, recording part counts and shift logs, following SOPs, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.
