Supports management, project tasks, shipping, inventory, sales, and customer service functions. Communicates with customers, processes orders and payments, resolves complaints and returns, reviews accounts, and monitors customer satisfaction. Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks, strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
