Leads Japan product strategy and integrated planning across multiple projects and indications, aligning with global teams and embedding Japan specific medical needs, regulatory pathways, and market dynamics. Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
Project Manager Role:
• Product strategy and planning: Co develop Japan product strategy and options with the JPT; drive scenario and option analyses including sequencing and bundling; align with global; ensure early, ongoing collaboration with Commercial and Medical
• Integrated plan and delivery: Build and maintain cross project plans tied to product objectives; manage critical paths and dependencies; deliver against time, quality, budget, and strategy
• Risk and decision cadence: Lead product and project risk management with registers and mitigations; design and operate JPT governance with clear decision rights, escalation, and stakeholder engagement including the GPT and governance bodies
• Data and performance: Ensure Planit and reporting data quality to enable data driven decisions; support team performance and retrospectives
Program manager role (if assigned):
• Facilitate TA level strategy and cross project risk and resource alignment; maximize value for multi product programs such as cell therapy
Organizational development:
• Share best practices, build PM capabilities, support functional initiatives, and represent PM in key business improvements and training
