【業務の範囲】
・ブランドチーム、関係部門と協力しながらビジネス課題を特定・構造化・分析し、課題を解決するための製品戦略および実行プラン(National sales plan 短期プラン 1年)を立案
・プラン策定のための市場調査の実施・結果の分析・課題の抽出
・課題に基づいた、戦術(資材・イベント・デジタル施策)の計画・実施および評価(e-promotion含む)
・戦略実行のためのシステム設計・レポーティングsystemなどの整備
・プロモーションの効果測定 KPI (Key Performance Indicator) モニタリングや営業ツール等の社内システムを他部門(IT等)と協業し構築し、進捗からの対策を検討し実施する
・KOL (Key Opinion Leader) のマネジメントの遂行
・メディカル本部・Commercial Excellence本部(営業やマーケティングの支援部門)・Pharmacovigilance部など、他部門と協業する

Skills Required
- Minimum 2 years MR experience OR 2 years marketing experience in pharmaceuticals
- Deep knowledge of product market environment, customers, competitors, and portfolio
- Conduct and analyze market research and extract actionable insights
- Plan, implement and evaluate promotional tactics including materials, events, and digital/e-promotion
