【業務の範囲】
・ブランドチーム、関係部門と協力しながらビジネス課題を特定・構造化・分析し、課題を解決するための製品戦略および実行プラン(National sales plan 短期プラン 1年)を立案​
・プラン策定のための市場調査の実施・結果の分析・課題の抽出
・課題に基づいた、戦術(資材・イベント・デジタル施策)の計画・実施および評価​(e-promotion含む)
・戦略実行のためのシステム設計・レポーティングsystemなどの整備
・プロモーションの効果測定 KPI (Key Performance Indicator) モニタリングや営業ツール等の社内システムを他部門(IT等)と協業し構築し、進捗からの対策を検討し実施する
・KOL (Key Opinion Leader) のマネジメントの遂行 
・メディカル本部・Commercial Excellence本部(営業やマーケティングの支援部門)・Pharmacovigilance部など、他部門と協業する

Skills Required

  • 2+ years MR experience or 2+ years pharmaceutical marketing experience
  • Deep knowledge of product market environment, customers, competitors, and portfolio
  • Ability to conduct and analyze market research and extract issues
  • Plan and implement product strategy and 1-year national sales/short-term plans
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate tactical activities including e-promotion, materials, and events
  • Design and build reporting/KPI systems and collaborate with IT to monitor and act on progress
  • KOL (Key Opinion Leader) management experience/ability
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Medical, Commercial Excellence, Pharmacovigilance, etc.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; able to use other IT technologies
  • Japanese: sufficient communication ability in Japanese
  • English: ability/commitment to aim for TOEIC 800 within first year
  • 2+ years pharmaceutical marketing experience
  • Experience in hematologic oncology (blood cancers)
  • Openness to diversity / inclusive mindset
