Let’s talk about you

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, working effectively with internal teams and external vendors.

  • Solid telco knowledge, including Hosted PABX, Cisco Routers, FortiGate Firewalls, SD‑WAN, MPLS, and Layer 2 networks.

  • Experience as a senior telco or senior call‑centre leader.

  • Hands‑on experience with managed services such as Cloud Connect, Hosted Phone Systems, and Managed Routing & Switching.

  • Outstanding strategic thinking, problem‑solving, organisation, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Proven leadership in high‑volume, SLA‑driven environments with consistent customer outcomes.

  • Operational and people‑management capability, including workforce planning, coaching, and escalation management.

  • Ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments, balancing priorities and driving results.

  • Experience leading process improvement and automation initiatives.

  • Commercial awareness, including understanding cost‑to‑serve and resource optimisation.

  • At least 5+ years’ experience in Assurance or Operational Support leadership roles driving strong KPI performance.
