Our next Calvetti Ferguson Assurance Manager is someone that desires an atmosphere of teamwork, accelerated personal growth and development, and frequent access to Partners because they desire to become a Partner as well!
This is a full-time, professional position responsible for the overall assurance process for clients, including overseeing audits and reviews, supervising associate and senior associate team members, performing technical research, and building strong client relationships as well as assisting in other projects, such as consulting and advisory projects. The nature of this position requires direct contact with Firm employees at all levels as well as contact with clients, representatives, vendors, and other business-related representatives.
Requirements:
- CPA license required. If not a CPA in Tennessee, must become licensed in Tennessee within 6 months of employment.
- Four plus years of financial statement audit experience at a public accounting firm.
- Desire to develop younger professionals.
Preferences
- Experience working with a mix of publicly-traded and privately-held clients is a plus.
- Experience with private equity and real estate fund clients is a plus.
- Differentiated experience in industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, SaaS, banking, or private equity is strongly desired.
- Experience deploying automated auditing techniques and tools is strongly desired.
