Assists the store manager with staffing, scheduling, employee welfare and discipline. Trains and motivates staff on company policies, SOPs, customer service and selling skills. Develops strategies to meet sales targets, prepares staff, sales and inventory reports, and provides professional customer service. The role requires working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, with full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Education & Experience:
