Overview
Join us as a CEO Transformation Office Assistant Manager/Manager where you'll be central to driving significant change within our organization. You'll lead efforts to optimize our processes, identifying and resolving inefficiencies to boost overall effectiveness and enhance customer value. This role involves managing crucial cross-functional transformation projects, including the integration of cutting-edge technologies like AI and automation. You'll also provide vital support to our senior leadership by preparing key materials and facilitating strategic discussions that directly shape the bank's future.
The successful candidate(s) will report to the Head of CEO Transformation Office.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Functional (job responsibilities)
Lead and manage process improvement initiatives, optimizing workflows, removing bottlenecks, and enhancing efficiency and customer value.
Conduct analyses to identify pain points, map current processes, and co-develop future-state solutions, applying methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, and Agile.
Resolve highly escalated customer complaints and extract insights to drive systemic organizational improvements.
Support and manage cross-functional transformation projects from planning to execution, ensuring budget adherence and alignment with strategic priorities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and metrics, while tracking milestones, risks, and outcomes.
Act as a change agent, fostering adoption of new mindsets and behaviors, particularly in digitalization and automation (e.g., implementing AI, RPA, ERP systems).
Assist in organizing and facilitating senior management meetings, transformation sessions, and strategy offsite.
Prepare high-quality presentation decks, pre-reads, and board submissions that are concise and insightful.
Document insights, action items, and decisions in clear, timely meeting minutes, ensuring alignment and driving follow-up actions.

Malaysian citizen.
Education/Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Communications or a related field.
Experience/Requirements
5 years and above in relevant experience in transformation, process improvement, strategy or consulting.
Proven track record of driving change and leading cross-functional projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and project tracking tools.
Highly professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills, operates with the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality.
Strong business acumen and analytical thinking, grounded in a customer-first mindset and strong ability to navigate both strategy and execution.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with high visibility.
