Role Overview
This role will lead the service support governance & operational excellence across CD including all core applications, infrastructure, analytics platforms.
Act as the IT partner to business leads, category teams, ensuring strong alignment on incidents and outcomes.
Deliver structured briefs for the IT leadership to inform tech investment and prioritization decisions.
Translate business requirements into a coherent IT roadmap across the product roadmaps / funnels.
Benchmark global and industry best practices proactively, identifying opportunities to retrofit modern architectures and capabilities into India’s landscape.
Build and nurture strong relationships with external partners—marketplaces, analytics providers, tech vendors, data platforms—to unlock innovation and speed.
Provide program updates to senior leaders, aligning on risks, dependencies, and value realization metrics
Uphold governance, cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance standards across platforms and integrations.
Optimize the budget consumption for the service line in terms of rationalizing and making informed decisions.
