Associates Corporate (Core Corporate) (f/m/x)
We are looking for committed and highly qualified associates (f/m/x) with a special interest in corporate law to support our team in Vienna.
Your Tasks
Advice on corporate law with a focus on:
- advice on corporate governance and compliance systems
- implementation of corporate reorganizations,
- succession planning focusing on corporate structures, trusts, inheritance and family law in this context
- sustainability transformation, including supply chain laws, sustainability reporting and business and human rights; and
- implementation of international and EU environmental, climate and human rights requirements for companies.
Your Profile
You will have completed your legal studies with above-average results, have excellent English and German skills, are an entrepreneurial thinker and value legal creativity. Experience abroad and previous knowledge in this area, such as by way of an LL.M., a dissertation, internships or practical experience in particular in an academic environment are an asset but not a must.

Note: according to §9 GlBG: There is no collective agreement or legal minimum salary. The intended minimum basis for the salary arrangement (with the possibility of additional payment) is an annual salary (gross, all-in, 14 instalments) in the amount of 58,000 EUR.
