Experienced Business Continuity & Crisis Management (BCM) professional to join our Resilience & Crisis Management Centre of Excellence. This role will support enterprise-wide Business Continuity, Incident, and Crisis Management capabilities, ensuring preparedness, compliance, and effective response to business disruptions.
Purpose:
Supporting the Resilience & Crisis Management team in the delivery of activities required to meet Prudential Standard CPS230 ensuring NAB is compliant
Supporting standardisation, consistency, quality and effectiveness across the BCM program by ensuring Standard Operating Procedures, Tools, Templates, Help Guides are maintained
Supporting Business Continuity and Crisis Management deliver high quality and effective response to business disruptions
Essential capabilities:
Proven Stakeholder Management
Comprehensive and demonstrated knowledge of Business Continuity Management principles
Understanding of Operational Risk and Compliance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience:
8-14 years in a Business Continuity and/or Crisis Management role with demonstrated leadership, analytical and influencing skills
Background and experience in business continuity, operational resilience, disaster recovery, crisis management, emergency management and/or risk management
