Skills Required
- 10+ years of experience across Technology, Learning & Capability Development, Talent Development, Knowledge Management, Strategic Programme Management or Technology Transformation.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide capability-building programmes in technology organisations.
- Strong technology background or experience partnering with engineering, platform, cloud, data, AI/GenAI, cybersecurity or production support teams.
- Experience designing and scaling academies, role-based learning pathways, competency frameworks, certification programmes and assessment-led capability uplift.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management with senior leaders, business units, People & Culture teams, vendors and SMEs.
- Skilled in budget management, vendor governance, LMS/learning platforms, adoption tracking, dashboards and outcome measurement.
- Experience in building communities of practice, SME networks, learning campaigns and self-learning culture.
- Advanced data-driven decision-making using Power BI, dashboards, learning analytics and assessment metrics.
- Ability to influence without authority and drive adoption across distributed teams.
- Strong communication skills with ability to create executive-ready updates, leadership narratives and decision papers.
