NAB has established NAB Innovation Centre India as a centre for operations and technology excellence to support NAB deliver faster, better, and more personalized experience to customers and colleagues.

- 8- 12 years of total experience and Min 2 years of AOM experience is essential including:-
- Initial deployment of AOM disciplines
- AOM line management
- AOM Practitioner Certified (or equivalent) preferred
- Experience in leadership coaching role
- Experience in Operations leadership role
- (knowledge and successful practical application) of AOM using Workware / Control IQ
- Learning agility: will be required to quickly establish deep understanding different business units and internal processes
- Advanced data analytics skills: ability to interrogate data for key insights and recommendations.
- Experienced in senior stakeholder engagement; excellent oral & written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Delivery of targeted efficiency benefits that are attributed to improved management of operations (Reduced Cost Base, Improved Leader Maturity in Ops management improved Service outcomes.)
- Results oriented with ability to manage multiple responsibilities with focus on quality and detail.

Skills Required
