Job Description:
Job Summary:
The Training Support Associate shall provide logistical and administrative
support for trainings, activities and special projects or initiative of Distribution Learning and Development . The Associate may also be assigned to handle data and information related to the various trainings conducted by DLD.
Major Accountabilities:
- Handles Pre and Post training logistics and administrative
support for Brighter Academy team.
- Maintain FM's or Training Mandatory Database.
- Facilitate FIS and CONCUR system for Reimbursement, Replenishment and Bills Payment
- Handles other administrative and logistical tasks.
- Must adhere to Distribution Learning & Development standard and norms.
- May be assigned to Special Projects (depending on company/department's initiative ).
Preferred skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) application system
- Basic or working knowledge of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) or use of System application.
- Knowledge in Advance Excel.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year college degree.
- Background in preparing reports using excel.
- Knowledge in Advance Excel is recommended.
- Background in communication arts, organizational communication, education, training or related courses is a plus.
- 1-2 years work experience, preferably in a similar position or office admin background.
