JOB MISSION:
We are looking for an experienced Associate Trade Marketing Manager who will be responsible for marketing, planning and the execution for all Trade Marketing campaigns across EMEA for one of our largest Key Account. Working closely with our Sales Leads as well as the wider Global Marketing Teams, you will be responsible for planning and delivering the strategy for one of our largest Strategic Key Account. We are looking for a collaborative and confident person who is able to understand data as well as the best ways to deliver strong impactful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports lifestlye retail, with experience across the full journey from online to instore.
This role is office based 3 days per week with the ability to work weekends and unsociable hours when required. We offer hybrid working and a flexibility to working hours to accommodate for a healthy work life balance. Occasional travel to throughout Europe is required in this role.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Account management of key brand partners in alignment to the EMEA Trade Marketing strategy with a key focus on strategic key accounts
- Plan and implement various campaigns in line with the brands key stories
- Create and present consumer-first, account-specific pre-line marketing presentations that influence future buys
- Highlight gaps, challenges, and opportunities from Global/EMEA plans for the Key Account
- 360 campaign management – planning, creative, production & activation.
- Management of brand partner budget and launch tools ensuring best in class assets and partner servicing whilst consistently looking for efficiencies in spend and resource.
- Analysis and reporting of campaign successes and key learning including return on investment, rate of sale & sell through.
- Ability to liaise and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Promote the correct use of New Balance brand guidelines.
- Provide regular communication on upcoming and live activity along with performance marketplace updates (culture, competitors, innovation etc.)
- Work with wholesale creative teams, third party agencies and/or internal creative team to develop innovative experiential, instore & online marketing assets.
- Explore external digital, paid media, social and PR initiatives where required.
- Utilise and integrate wider business opportunities, such as athletes & talent, to activate global game plan moments with accounts
- Work with wholesale creative teams, agencies and/or internal creative team to develop innovative ‘brand firsts’ experiential, instore & online marketing asset
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent qualifications
- Experience managing and delivering marketing campaigns
- Strong Trade and/or Retail and/or Digital marketing background
- Knowledge of the Performance Running or Lifestyle marketplace
- Experience in the sports, culture, and performance industry would be beneficial
- Data driven, with strong analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of managing and analysing digital campaigns
- Experience in managing and delivering trade marketing campaigns with knowledge of full market-ing channel mix and consumer journey
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Highly organised and customer-focused
- Able to influence and work with all hierarchical levels confidently
