This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong technical mindset who’s keen to build a long-term career in medical device sales, working with advanced technology including Mako.
This role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning complex systems and applying that knowledge in real clinical environments. You’ll be supported by an experienced team and leaders who are invested in your development, while being encouraged to take ownership of your learning and performance.
What you’ll do:
Support surgeons in theatre during joint replacement procedures
Learn and support advanced technologies, including Mako robotic-assisted surgery
Provide clinical and technical guidance to hospital teams
Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses and theatre staff
Work closely with your Territory Manager to plan and execute territory strategies
Contribute to account planning and track performance against goals
Prepare for cases, manage instruments and support accurate set logistics
Stay across new technologies, techniques and industry developments
Who you are:
Technically minded with the ability to learn complex systems quickly
Comfortable explaining technical concepts clearly and confidently
Experience creating, planning and executing structured plans
Hungry to succeed and motivated by progress and results
Strong at building rapport and influencing others
Comfortable spending time in theatre environments
Background in engineering, biomedical science, technology, healthcare or sales is highly regarded
