Associate Technical Support Analyst — Job Description Location:
São Paulo, Brazil (Remote)

What You’ll Do?
As an Associate Technical Support Analyst, you will be the frontline problem-solver for customers, helping diagnose, analyze, and resolve issues related to the Intelex application.
Your key responsibilities include:
Customer Support & Issue Resolution
  • Manage a fast‑paced queue of customer inquiries across multiple channels (ticketing system, phone, email, live chat, and web meetings).
  • Assess incoming issues to determine whether they are system‑related or user‑related.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and investigate qualified technical issues.
  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively with customers to ensure timely resolution and a positive experience.
  • Keep customers informed on progress and follow up until resolution.
Collaboration & Documentation
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support analysts when necessary.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including Product and Engineering, to ensure efficient resolution of software issues.
  • Document system issues and user feedback; contribute to improvements in product quality.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles to support both customers and internal teams.
Continuous Improvement
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to processes, product features, or documentation.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of Intelex products and stay current on new releases.
What You Bring?Must‑Have Skills
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Customer‑focused mindset with a positive, professional attitude.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and common support tools (e.g., screen capture, time tracking).
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Understanding of application programming or database languages (ASP.NET, XML, JavaScript, SQL/T‑SQL).
  • Knowledge of web‑based application architecture and object‑oriented principles.
  • Experience in technical support, QA, or web application environments.
  • Familiarity with Environmental, Health, Safety, or Quality (EHSQ) concepts.
  • Bilingual proficiency.
  • MCSE certification.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience (preferred).
