Why we need you

    As Omise continues to scale our products and platforms across Asia, our product teams are growing to support increasing complexity and impact. We are looking for an Associate Technical Product Manager to support our Technical Product Managers in driving product discovery, delivery, and execution.

    This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about building customer-focused fintech products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into clear requirements, support product delivery, and build a strong foundation in end-to-end product development.



    What you will be doing



      Product Discovery

      • Support your team in maintaining and updating the product roadmap for your assigned domain.
      • Conduct research, analyze data, and gather user insights to inform product decisions.
      • Contribute to documentation, competitive analysis, and requirement definition.
      • Advocate for user needs and business outcomes during discovery discussions.
      • Collaborate with other TPMs and stakeholders to identify interdependencies and prioritize initiatives.

      Product Delivery & Execution

      • Assist in managing the product backlog by writing, refining, and prioritizing user stories with guidance.
      • Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives).
      • Collaborate with engineering, QA, and design for clarity and quality.
      • Help define acceptance criteria and validate outcomes against expectations.
      • Coordinate release activities, ensuring alignment across engineering, QA, and operations teams.
      • Support incident triage or issue resolution.

      Cross-functional Collaboration

      • Work with commercial, operations, marketing, compliance, and risk teams to ensure readiness for product launches and go-to-market activities.
      • Support pre-sales activities by aligning product capabilities with customer and partner needs.
      • Communicate product updates and outcomes to stakeholders clearly and consistently.



      You

      • 1+ years in product management, business analysis, or related role (fintech, payments, or SaaS a plus)
      • Strong curiosity about payments, platforms, or user experience
      • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
      • Analytical and detail-oriented problem solver
      • Comfortable in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
      • Fluent in English and Thai
      • Foundational understanding of agile and product development methodologies is a plus
      • Experience with or exposure to APIs, SDKs, plug-ins, or microservice architectures is a plus
      • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Figma, Postman, SQL, or BI platforms is helpful
