Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in UiPath RPA and Microsoft Power Platform to lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of automation solutions. The candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and process experts to identify process improvement opportunities and deliver end-to-end automation solutions. The role requires strong expertise in UiPath, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Orchestrator, APIs, Azure DevOps, SQL, and emerging Agentic Automation and Generative AI technologies. Experience in finance-related processes is required.

Key responsibiltes
• Lead requirement gathering, analysis, development, and testing of automation solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with process experts to identify and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Design future-state automation components and obtain review/sign-off from process experts.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA and Power Platform solutions.
• Perform Proof of Concepts to evaluate automation feasibility.
• Translate business and technical requirements into detailed technical designs.
• Conduct feasibility studies and identify process and technical gaps.
• Analyze business requirements and define functional and non-functional system requirements.
• Ensure automation solutions are delivered within agreed timelines.
• Participate in peer reviews and ensure adherence to coding and design standards.
• Support existing automation solutions, including estimation and delivery of Change Requests (CRs).
• Explore and implement Agentic Automation and Generative AI solutions where applicable.
Education Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Certification If Any
UiARD (UiPath Advanced RPA Developer) Certification – Good to Have
UiPath Agentic Automation Certification – Preferred
