Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Drive end-to-end development of software features, from requirements analysis and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and support.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience building and delivering production software systems.
- Strong proficiency in Java, with working knowledge of Python or similar programming languages.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design, design patterns, and software architecture principles.
- Experience developing backend applications using frameworks such as Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience building REST APIs, microservices, and distributed applications.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and multithreaded programming.
- Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases and designing data-driven applications.
- Experience developing, deploying, and supporting containerised applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience working on medium-to-large scale software projects with measurable business impact.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
