What you will do:
As an Associate Technical Architect at Quantiphi, you will play a key role in the design and implementation of complex software solutions using .NET and ReactJS technologies, along with cloud services from AWS or Azure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure software systems.
Core Stack: You’ll be working with both modern and older tech, like React (v16/17) for the frontend and a mix of .NET Framework and .NET Core Web APIs for the backend.
Data: The main database is SQL Server (including 2019), often set up in a multi-tenant architecture. You'll see separate databases for transactions (OLTP) and reporting.
Speed & Search: Expect to use Redis for caching and Elasticsearch for search features.
Data Flow & Messaging: Data sync is a big deal, using SSIS to refresh current reports every 15 minutes. Near real-time reporting relies on SQL Server's Change Data Capture (CDC) to populate data marts. For audit events, they use RabbitMQ for messaging.
Integration & Reporting: You'll be connecting with resume parsing services, HRIS export tools, document imaging APIs, and even mobile biometric authentication. Report generation often uses Stimulsoft or IBM Cognos Analytics.
