Position Title: Associate, Talent Acquisition

Position Summary
Our Mumbai TA team is seeking a highly motivated Associate, Talent Acquisition to execute a best-in-class recruitment strategy and selection approach that reflect our firm culture, values, and success factors. As an Associate, Talent Acquisition at GLG, you will be part of global TA team and responsible for elevating the relationship with the business unit managers and requires thorough understanding of business needs and priorities to translate them into practical recruiting.
Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Constantly identifying ways to further the teams' strategic offerings and abilities to best meet the ongoing demands of the business contributing to building a high-performance culture.
- Manage and recruit for a portfolio of positions across levels.
- Strive for exceptional and best-in-class candidate experience
- Work with HRBPs, to develop strong internal relationships and performance measures
- Work with Talent Acquisition Team, Business Unit Managers and HRBP’s to execute workforce plan with recruitment budgets in mind
- Involved in TA transactional and ad-hoc projects
An ideal candidate will have the following:
- 2-4 years of experience in managing high-volume recruitment as well as proven direct sourcing experience in commercial and corporate functions with a focus on early and mid-career hiring.
- Fluency in English, with Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- A flexible approach and ability to operate in a fast-moving and demanding environment.
- Prior Campus hiring experience with universities relationships would be beneficial.
- A great team player with a strong sense of urgency and solid problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into strategic talent acquisition actions with positive, measurable business impacts.
- Ability to quickly gain an understanding of the business needs and strategy and articulate the needs of a position.
- High level of attitude awareness, positive energy and hunger for success
- Solid relationship building skills and able to work with stakeholders regionally and globally.
