What you will do
The Associate Supply Planning Manager (Onsite) is responsible for ensuring the quality and execution of the supply plan for the Arlington, TN site. This role plays a key part in aligning supply with demand, improving planning processes, and supporting operational performance through effective capacity planning and cross-functional collaboration. This individual will partner closely with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Finance, Customer Service, and IBP to deliver a high-quality, integrated supply plan across the franchise.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and ensure the execution and quality of the site supply plan, balancing supply with demand requirements
- Support site operations by participating in daily Tier meetings, providing insights and escalating risks as needed
- Partner with Finance to ensure supply plans are financially aligned and support operational targets
- Drive continuous improvement of supply planning processes aligned to franchise standards and business model
- Provide insights to manufacturing leadership to support capacity planning, capital investment decisions, and cost optimization opportunities
- Ensure production and procurement execution aligns with the approved supply plan; monitor and address deviations
- Proactively communicate supply risks and drive mitigation strategies, including backorder management
- Track and report KPIs; lead corrective actions when performance deviates from targets
- Collaborate across franchises to adopt and implement best practices to enhance overall planning effectiveness
What you need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, finance, or a related field
- 6 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, procurement, or related field
- Experience working within S&OP / IBP processes
- Strong capacity planning experience
Preferred Qualifications
- APICS certification
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives or teams
- Project management experience
- Lean / continuous improvement experience
- ERP experience (e.g., SAP, JD Edwards)
- Experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools

- USN: $89,300 - $148,800 USD Annual
