About the Role

Join our Global Logistics team and play a key role in leading Value-Added Services (VAS) operations that support customers around the world. In this position, you will drive operational excellence, ensure compliance and safety standards are met, and lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, and service delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to influence warehouse performance, develop teams, and contribute to a fast-paced, growing operation.

What You Will Do

  • Lead daily Value-Added Services operations, ensuring appropriate staffing, training, workflow coordination, and achievement of operational performance targets.
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators including productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety, regulatory, quality, and hazardous materials requirements while promoting a safe and inclusive workplace.
  • Coach and develop team members through training, performance support, and development planning to improve operational capability and engagement.
  • Analyse operational data and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate audits, inspections, standard operating procedure reviews, and corrective action activities to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Planning, Engineering, Customer Service, and other business functions to support operational priorities, new products, and process improvements.
  • Support resource planning, warehouse layout optimisation, equipment utilisation, and operational readiness for business growth and change initiatives.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • MBO or HBO in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of warehousing or operations experience, or a minimum 3 years of experience in a team leadership or people management role.
  • Experience working within a regulated environment, such as ISO 13485 or a comparable quality management system.
  • Experience ensuring compliance with health and safety, regulatory, hazardous materials, and operational requirements.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably Oracle.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional qualification or certification in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Lean, or Six Sigma.
  • Experience within the medical device, healthcare, or similarly regulated industry.
  • Dutch or German language proficiency.

  


Netherlands Pay Ranges:

  • Netherlands: €38.100 - €70.700 EUR Annual
