This role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for Japan local Hiring. She / He will be responsible for full recruitment lifecycle, Interview coordination, negotiate and close salary offers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines across multiple job requisitions to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Leverage a variety of sourcing channels, including niche sites, professional and social networking groups, and search engines, to engage both active and passive candidates.
- Perform resume mining and research for internal roles, creating candidate lists within the ATS.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding the role requirements to sourcing, assessing candidates, coordinating interviews, and negotiating offers.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with hiring managers to align on recruitment strategies and needs.
- Conduct in-depth interviews, coordinate schedules with hiring teams, and ensure a seamless interview experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and tools, aiming to achieve hiring targets effectively.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to build trust, respect, and credibility with colleagues, applicants, and hiring managers.
- Adopt a solutions-focused approach, efficiently analyzing information and developing effective solutions.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
  • 4-10 years of experience in technical sourcing or talent research, either with a search firm or an in-house recruiting team.
  • Proven experience in leadership sourcing and hiring.
  • Advanced skills in Boolean searches and expertise in platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and other technical talent sourcing tools.
  • Strong research and sourcing abilities with an innovative mindset for tackling challenging roles.
  • Driven by continuous improvement, with a natural curiosity and the ability to understand diverse perspectives.
  • Excellent written and verbal proficiency in both English and Japanese.
