Project experience is not mandatory; however, candidates should be comfortable working in a project-driven environment and demonstrate the ability to understand business needs, assess operational impact, and coordinate delivery in collaboration with multiple teams. The role offers high exposure to trading desks and regional market initiatives within a lean, fast-paced team environment.
