Job Responsibilities:
Understand product requirements, business processes, and software specifications to identify comprehensive test scenarios.
Design, develop, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases covering functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and usability testing.
Verify software functionality against business and technical requirements, ensuring quality, accuracy, and reliability.
Identify, document, track, reproduce, and collaborate with development teams to resolve software defects using defect management tools.
Test web applications, mobile applications, APIs, backend services, and database transactions to validate application behavior and data integrity.
Execute SQL queries, perform API testing using tools such as Postman, and analyze application logs to troubleshoot issues.
Contribute to automated test development and maintenance of regression test suites while adopting modern test automation practices.
Utilize AI-assisted and Generative AI testing tools responsibly to improve test generation, defect analysis, test data creation, and test case optimization while validating AI-generated outputs for accuracy.
Ensure software complies with healthcare regulations, industry standards, and organizational quality requirements.
Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful software delivery.
Contribute to continuous quality improvement through process enhancements, root cause analysis, defect prevention, and ongoing learning of modern testing methodologies, emerging technologies, and healthcare domain knowledge.
Qualifications:
BS degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering.
Fresh - 01 years of experience is required.
Good knowledge of SQL programming.
Functional knowledge of the following technologies: HTML, ASP.NET, C#, XML and JMeter.
Deep knowledge of SDLC.
Experienced in data driven testing and grey box testing.
Experienced understanding about QC.
IT healthcare domain knowledge will be preferable.
O/A levels background will be preferred.
Understanding for white box testing.
Experience in QMS and ISMS compliance.
Strong knowledge about QC and TFS both.
Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
