Tasks

* Maintain test documentation and ensure proper traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.
* Monitor and improve quality metrics within the assigned team.
* Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
* Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and verify fixes.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* 2 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance.
* Strong understanding of software testing concepts and QA processes.
* Hands-on experience with manual testing of web applications.
* Experience testing RESTful APIs using tools like Postman.
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development life cycles.
* Experience working with bug tracking and test management tools such as Jira and TestRail.
* Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting abilities.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
* ISTQB or other QA-related certifications.
* Basic understanding of automation testing concepts playwright or AI related tools.
* Experience with API automation or UI automation tools.
