As the Associate Specialist - Proposal Development, you will be responsible for coordinating activities and resources to support the Proposal Development organization and business objectives. You will partner with Sales, Operations, support functions, and the Proposal Development team to research and provide information to assigned proposal opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates with Sales, Operations and the Proposal Development team to support completion of proposals/scopes of work for assigned proposal opportunities.
  • Researches and drafts relevant information for proposal responses for review and approval, collaborating with internal subject matter experts.
  • Participates in cross-functional kick-off, status update, and approval conference calls.
  • Follows-up with stakeholders on proposal status in preparation for review meetings. 
  • Provides general administrative support to the Proposal Development team.

Qualifications:

  • High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • A self-starting, positive, and driven attitude
  • Excellent oral communication skills accompanied by strong written communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented with diligent follow through
  • Proficient in Office including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • 1-2 years project coordination and collaboration skills in a high volume or fast paced environment preferred
  • 1-2 years proposal/sales writing, or distributor sales and marketing experience preferred
  • 1-2 years experience in a business to business setting in a sales/operations support role preferred
  • Proficient in Power BI application for reporting preferred
  • Proficient in One Note for task management preferred
