The Associate Solution Manager is responsible for owning all aspects of WellSky solution life cycles from inception to delivery. The scope of this job includes executing WellSky's solution strategy in order to deliver best-in-class solutions to clients.

Location: This is a remote position. Candidates located within 50 miles of WellSky’s headquarters in Overland Park, KS will join our WHQ community and participate in our in-office collaboration experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients and prospects to understand needs, define objectives, and represent market requirements across WellSky.
  • Contribute to product roadmaps by identifying initiatives, defining scope, and providing high-level timelines.
  • Review and translate client requests into solution designs and requirements that address market needs.
  • Collaborate with development teams to deliver features based on detailed requirements, prototypes, and business objectives.
  • Assist with prioritization of stories and features to support strategic goals and successful solution delivery.
  • Leverage AI tools and platforms to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and drive data-informed outcomes.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, manage requirements in JIRA, support backlog prioritization, and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
  • Facilitate stakeholder collaboration, create user stories for small to medium projects, maintain solution documentation, and support compliance processes.
  • Monitor solution success through KPIs, adoption metrics, and stakeholder demonstrations while communicating current and emerging functionality.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in medical technology (MLT/MT or related field) or comparable laboratory technology experience in blood banking
  • At least 2-4 years of experience working with products/solutions in an Agile scrum environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using WellSky Transfusion (HCLL)
  • Experience using JIRA, Miro, Visio or other solution mapping or development documentation tools and system

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
