Japan SC Academy
The Solution Consultant (SC) Academy program offers talented individuals a direct path into what may be the most exciting, challenging and rewarding position in technology sales. An SC works with customers and sales to create technological solutions to critical business needs. To be successful, a Solution Consultant must understand the customer, the technology, and the sales cycle. A great SC will be seen as a trusted advisor by customers and by ServiceNow sales teams.
The SC Academy provides the tools and education to be a successful ServiceNow Solution Consultant. This role includes ServiceNow product and technology training, sales and product demonstration instruction and education in information technology (IT). The program emphasises hands-on learning, mentorship from the best professionals in our organization and a team atmosphere where we rely on each other to learn, grow, and achieve. Upon successful completion, you will have the tools needed to move forward into a successful ServiceNow career.
Our Objective
The SC Academy is an intensive 6-month program designed to equip you with the skills required to be a Solution Consultant. A combination of peer-led enablement, self-guided study and instructor-led training form the basis of your time in the Academy alongside individual and team projects and shadowing of experienced SC's.

Qualifications
What we are looking for
We are looking for people who think differently and are not afraid to make mistakes and learn from them. You could have a degree-level education and 1-2 years of work experience, or you could be Qualified by Experience with 3-5 years' experience in IT Consulting, IT Service Management, Customer Service Management or HR. You're curious and enjoy learning new things and you want to work in a fun environment with constant new challenges.
To be successful as an SC you will need:
- Must be already authorized to work in Japan, and fluent in Japanese and Business level in English
- A passion for technology and an interest in staying up to date with the latest technology innovations.
- The ability to influence decision-makers.
- The confidence to present to large audiences.
- A focus on creating or adding value.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to multi-task, prioritise and self-motivated.
- Effective communication skills and a sense of humour!
