Position Title: Associate Solution Architect 


Location:
Taguig City, Metro Manila – 2 days per week onsite

Role Purpose 


The Associate Solution Architect is a role within NCC Group’s Sales Engineering & Field Strategy team, based in Manila. This role supports the scoping and documentation of high-volume, low-complexity client requirements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with NCC Group’s service offerings. Working closely with Technical Solutions Engineers and Solution Architects, the Associate provides technical input for proposals and statements of work, contributing to efficient and high-quality delivery of client engagements. 

This position is ideal for individuals with foundational technical knowledge and strong attention to detail, looking to develop expertise in cybersecurity solution design and pre-sales support. 

Key Responsibilities

Summary 

  • Support the scoping of high-volume, low-complexity client requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness. 
  • Assist in preparing client-facing documentation, including proposals and technical scoping documents. 
  • Perform quality assurance checks on technical content to ensure accuracy and feasibility. 
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to align solutions with NCC Group’s standards. 
  • Participate in internal sign-off processes for solution documentation. 
  • Maintain awareness of NCC Group’s service portfolio and basic cybersecurity principles. 
  • Provide administrative and technical support for pre-sales activities as required. 

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

What we are looking for in you:


Minimum Requirements
 
  • Ability to interpret technical content such as network diagrams (HLD/LLD). 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and documentation tools. 
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, network architecture, and cloud services (Azure, AWS). 
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and penetration testing methodologies. 
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. 

Desired Requirements
 
  • A willingness to understand technology and processes related to the Security Operation Centres (experience or understanding of Splunk, Microsoft and Crowdstrike knowledge is a bonus) and related activities.  
  • Knowledge of security frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST). 
  • Experience in technical documentation or QA processes.
