The Impact of a Associate Solution Architect, Support at Coupa:
As a Solution Architect within the Supply Chain Support team, you will be primarily responsible for resolving incidents arising from customer's usage of our product offerings - (Includes both desktop and cloud products). This will include assisting delivery teams resolve questions that arising during project delivery. You will provide expertise in troubleshooting and reviewing of issues prior to escalation to software development and cloud operations teams to ensure technical accuracy. You will be expected to process and resolve incidents within agreed service level targets (SLTs) by providing quick and detailed responses.
What You'll Do:
- Provide customer-focused supply chain design or modeling solutions, in a professional and timely manner, that are in line with company procedures/standards via telephone or emails.
- Achieve set targets and goals to maximize the customer experience and service provided by the Company
- Assist in coordinating with operations and engineering teams in order to identify errors and anomalies
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- Prior experience in supply chain design project work
- Exceptional technical skills in using data extraction, transformation and loading tools (ETL tools),
- 1+ years’ experience with Business Intelligence Tools (BI Tools) and SQL server
- Strong problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills
- Customer and quality focused with excellent attention to detail
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering/Computer Science with supply chain related working experience, or Master’s degree in Industrial engineering/Data Analytics is required
