The Associate Solution Advisor is an early‑career pre‑sales role focused on supporting BlackLine’s high‑velocity, mid‑market sales motion. This role blends customer‑facing engagement with digital asset creation, AI‑supported sales plays, and scalable demo execution. The Associate Solution Advisor will handle high-velocity, rapid-cycle engagements, helping the sales organization increase coverage, accelerate deal cycles, and modernize how BlackLine serves the mid‑market segment.The Associate Solution Advisor will build foundational solutioning skills, deepen product expertise, and progress toward readiness for enterprise‑level engagements. The role operates under the guidance of a senior Solution Advisor who acts as a program leader for the mid‑market motion.
You'll Get To:
- Manage a high volume of mid‑market opportunities with speed, consistency, and strong customer‑facing acumen.
- Deliver portions of product demonstrations and support rapid‑cycle engagements with tight timelines and repeatable patterns.
- Participate in discovery calls to capture customer pain points and translate them into relevant product capabilities with guidance from senior team members.
- Support RFP/RFI responses and standardized demo flows for mid‑market prospects.
- Build reusable demo assets, video content, and digital collateral that support a more automated and scalable mid‑market GTM motion.
- Lead prospect and customer‑facing webinars, including standardized mid‑market demo sessions, product overviews, and AI‑supported digital engagements that scale reach and improve sales velocity.
- Partner with GTM leadership to design AI‑supported sales plays, workflows, and content that improve velocity and reduce manual effort.
- Contribute to the digitization of the mid‑market business by producing short‑form demo clips and repeatable solution narratives.
- Assist in configuring demo environments tailored to common mid‑market use cases, data structures, and workflows.
- Maintain and enhance demo scripts, templates, and standardized flows to ensure consistency across high‑volume engagements.
- Progressively take on more demo ownership as solutioning skills develop.
- Work closely with Sales, Product Management, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure alignment on messaging and positioning.
- Learn how to articulate BlackLine’s value through efficiency gains, automation, and risk reduction.

What You'll Bring:
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, audit, consulting, or SaaS technology.

Salary Range:
$70,000.00-$88,000.00Pay Transparency Statement:
Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location.
In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.

For roles that include variable incentive components such as an Incentive Compensation Plan (ICP) or On-Target Earnings (OTE), the compensation structure may follow a split model – for example, a 50/50, 70/30, or 60/40 ratio between base salary and variable incentive.
