Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Python-based agentic AI workflows for patient interactions.
Implement and optimize prompt engineering and reasoning pipelines for LLMs.
Integrate external APIs (HTTP/REST) for workflows.
Work with SQL databases for data storage, querying, and performance optimization.
Contribute to backend system architecture, data flow, and AI orchestration logic.
Qualifications:
BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant field.
Proficiency in Python (scripting, API integration, data handling).
Basic understanding of agentic AI frameworks
Familiarity with SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
Familiarity with HTTP APIs and JSON data exchange.
Understanding of modular/OOP-based design.
Knowledge of LLM, STT, and TTS systems integration via APIs or SDKs.
Knowledge of Git, Linux, and containerized environments (Docker).
Familiarity with asynchronous programming or event-driven systems.
Basic knowledge of telephony systems (Asterisk, Twilio, or WebRTC) is a plus.
