Job DescriptionRole Overview
We're looking for an Associate Software Engineer to join our full-stack development team. You'll work across multiple technology stacks, contribute to AI-powered applications, and collaborate with experienced developers on diverse client projects.
Responsibilities
- Work with AI code agents and integrate LLM-powered features into applications
- Develop and maintain web applications using Python, Node.js, React, Next.js, and Laravel
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Collaborate with team members on architecture decisions and code reviews
- Debug and troubleshoot issues across the full stack
- Participate in client meetings and communicate technical concepts clearly
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices
Requirements
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Python and Node.js for backend development
- Experience with React and Next.js for frontend development
- Working knowledge of Laravel/PHP (Optional)
- Familiarity with AI code agents (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar tools)
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience with REST APIs and database management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from FAST-NUCES or COMSATS University
- Minimum 6 months of professional or internship experience in software development
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Communication
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
