Key Applicant Requirements

(Skills/Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications)

Essential:

• MCA, B.Tech or B.E (four year college degree) or equivalent
• 0-3 years of experience in IBM Mainframe, DB2\ IMS, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, TSO/ISPF
• Working experience in IBM File Manager, Debug Tool, CA7/11,  Endevor
• Understanding of complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• L2/L3 Production Support experience – Abend fix, Batch Cycle Monitoring, Coordination with mainframe Ops, On-call Support
• Worked on mainframe development and enhancement projects
• Willing to work on 24x7 project including night shift. Flexible to work on weekends & holidays.

Desirable:

• Working knowledge of CICS, MQ Series, REXX
• Familiar with Agile Methodology
