  • Design and deploy automated workflows using Aera's built-in process builder capabilities.
  • Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and iterative improvement of Aera application components, including automated smoke testing for applications.

AI/ML & Gen AI:

  • Develop and implement AI/ML models and components under the guidance of senior engineers to help solve business problems.
  • Support the implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and work with vector embeddings for applications such as semantic search.
  • Contribute to the development of agentic AI workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, Agent SDK under senior guidance.
  • Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation on structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Write clean, well-tested code, participate in code reviews, and maintain documentation for models, components, and processes.
  • Continuously learn and stay current with advancements in AI/ML, Gen AI, and Decision Intelligence technologies.

Desired Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Approximately 0–2 years of experience in software or data engineering, with exposure to AI/ML, Gen AI, or Decision Intelligence platforms.
  • Strong SQL skills for data transformation and processing; proficiency in Python (JavaScript is a plus).
  • Understanding of ETL concepts, data modeling, and data validation/reconciliation practices.

  • Experience with version control (Git) and agile development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn in a collaborative team environment.

Ideal Candidates Would Also Have:

  • Exposure to Aera or other Decision Intelligence platforms, including data crawlers, decision flows, or process automation.
  • Academic or project experience with RAG, vector databases, or agentic AI frameworks.
  • Exposure to the life sciences or pharmaceutical domain.
