Primary Responsibility
The candidate will engage in application analysis, design, coding, engineering, testing, debugging, documentation, research and development, maintenance, new development, operations, and delivery. Every role in the company requires building quality into every output, evaluating new tools and techniques, automating common tasks, and creating utilities to drive organizational efficiency.
This position is critical for the Integration Delivery Support Team to manage rising workload and numerous cutovers forecasted for 2026. The organization is focused on leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency, accelerate integration, and reduce manual effort.
The role will primarily:
* Support and maintain existing automation solutions
* Assist in implementing new AI-based ideas within Integration Delivery
* Influence future capabilities and opportunities to apply technology in innovative ways
Primary Responsibilities * Participate in SDLC phases: requirements analysis, design, development, testing, integration, and maintenance
* Perform detailed technical design, development, and unit testing of complex applications and data in the context of projects
* Develop and enhance integration workflows using modern frameworks * Support and maintain automation solutions for integration delivery
* Collaborate with stakeholders to create and implement AI-driven and Non-AI driven automation ideas * Participate in prototyping of potential solutions *
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automation scripts and integration processes * Document technical solutions and maintain knowledge repositories * Guide and mentor team as required
Must Have Skills * ReactJS (Front-end development) *
Python (Automation and scripting)
* Good problem-solving and debugging skills
* Good Experience in Leveraging AI
* Good communication skills
Nice To Have Skills
* Experience with Microsoft Power platform
* Node.js or Express.js for backend development
* RESTful API development and integration
* Azure or any cloud platform experience
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
* Knowledge of AI/ML basics for automation use cases
* Machine Learning - Hands on with DataBricks
* Expertise in Database Management SQL/MongoDB
* Experience with Git and version control
