Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide technology leadership to a strong engineering team
- Come up with long term architecture roadmap for the existing products
- Develops pioneering approaches to emerging technology and industry trends
- Define, use and communicate design patterns and best practices
- Provide technology leadership to the team. Mentor and guide them whenever required
- Communicate with internal and external business partners. Should be able to handle Onshore or Offshore model
- Act as the liaison between Business and Developers and project management groups
- Present and evaluate design solutions objectively and facilitate conflict resolution
- Participation in Design reviews, Test Case reviews, and Production Support readiness reviews for new releases, provide inputs for Go or No Go decision
- Support QA, UAT and Release phases of the project via defect analysis, change maintenance, etc.
- Closely working Business Teams, Onshore partners, deployment and infrastructure teams
- Manages and is accountable for professional employees and/or supervisors
- Impact of work is most often at the local level

Required Qualifications:
- B. Tech or BE or MCA with 12+ years of experience - working on multiple layers of technology
- 4+ years working experience in set up or maintenance of CI or CD pipeline (GitHub Actions, test, build, deployment and monitoring automation)
- 3+ years of working experience on Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, AKS, Dockers etc.)
- 2+ years of working experience in Multitenant Cloud application development or micro-services architecture and deployments
- 2+ years of working experience on AWS or AZURE - Experience of at least one application migration to Cloud platform
- Significant experience in design and architecting solutions
- Experience with Splunk, Sonar
- Experience with Terraform scripting or Kubernetes
- Experience in multiple application and web servers (J2EE tech stack, JBoss or Tomcat/WebSphere)
- Hands-on implementation experience, should be able to design, implement key product features, be an active part of an Agile Scrum team
- Open Shift, working experience on Private cloud, Hybrid Cloud Model, Deep understanding on design principal of Cloud Architecture
- Full stack hands-on engineer who can implement key product features
- Knowledge on common security vulnerabilities, their causes and implementations to fix the same
- Knowledge on security scanning methodologies and tools (e.g. HP Fortify, Whitehat, Webinspect etc.)
- Proven good technical skills to understand complex designs, implement big and complex systems
- Proven excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven excellent in design thinking and approach to solve business problem by applying suitable technologies (cost efficient, high performance, resilient and scalable)
