Key Responsibilities
Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, objectives, and technical requirements, and then design robust and scalable solutions that address these needs.
Architecture Development: Create detailed system architecture designs, ensuring that they align with best practices, industry standards, and security protocols.
Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to development teams, helping them understand and adhere to the established architectural principles and standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects, providing technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Technology Evaluation: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential relevance to ongoing and future projects. Recommend and incorporate new technologies when they align with project requirements.
Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and challenges in the project's technical architecture and propose mitigation strategies to minimize these risks.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to system architecture, design decisions, and technical standards.
Quality Assurance: Conduct reviews and audits of project work to ensure compliance with architectural standards, best practices, and security requirements.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert guidance, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Typically minimum of 10+ years - Professional Experience In Coding, Designing, Developing And Analyzing Data
Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role, demonstrating a successful track record of designing and implementing complex technical solutions.
Strong expertise in software and system architecture, including knowledge of cloud technologies, microservices, and data modeling.
Proficiency in various programming languages and development methodologies.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, etc.) are a plus.
Excellent project management and leadership skills.
A commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
