Devsinc is seeking an enthusiastic and talented Associate Software Engineer - AI/ML to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work on exciting projects at the intersection of software engineering, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design software solutions.
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models for various applications.
- Optimize existing AI/ML systems for improved accuracy and performance.
- Conduct research to evaluate new AI techniques and determine their potential applications.
- Handle data preprocessing and analysis to prepare datasets for model training.
- Work with coding standards and best practices to ensure high-quality software development.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Document development processes, algorithms, and findings to facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or Java; familiarity with AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with data processing tools and techniques.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to think critically about challenges.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Prior experience through internships or academic projects in AI/ML is advantageous but not mandatory.
