Responsibilities:
We are looking for passionate and driven Associate Software Engineers to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to learn, solve complex problems, and contribute to software development projects.
- Work closely with the development team to design, develop, and maintain software applications.
- Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles to create scalable and maintainable code.
- Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for data management and optimization.
- Implement data structures and algorithms to enhance application performance.
- Solve analytical and logical problems to improve system efficiency.
- Participate in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Assist in designing and developing AI/ML models and algorithms to extract insights from data.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to prepare data, analyze results, and improve model accuracy.
- Implement machine learning solutions and ensure they are optimized for performance.
- Participate in testing and validation of models against datasets and ensure high standards of quality.
- Document processes, findings, and methodologies to support continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Java, with knowledge of frameworks and libraries for ML (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn).
- Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for solving complex problems.
- Good communication abilities and teamwork skills.
- Prior internship or project experience in AI/ML is a plus but not required.
