About the Role:
We are hiring motivated individuals who will be responsible for identifying training needs, developing learning content, and supporting the delivery of training programs to support employee growth and business goals.
Working Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM.
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Work Mode: Hybrid
What you'll do:
- Work with stakeholders and business teams to identify training needs and skill gaps.
- Plan and support training programs based on business requirements.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and learning content.
- Ensure training content remains up to date and relevant.
- Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design effective learning solutions.
- Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
- Manage training schedules, timelines, and rollout plans.
- Support training logistics and ensure smooth execution of programs.
- Track training effectiveness and recommend improvements where needed.
- Complete guided tasks and learning activities to continuously update functional and process knowledge.
