Associate Scientist

岗位职责：

1.负责抗体纯化、检测（浓度、纯度、内毒素等）等相关工作；

2.负责真核细胞培养、质粒转染等细胞实验；

3.提升并完善实验室岗位的 SOP；

4.确保实验数据的真实；

5.配合完成一些探索性实验；

6.主动学习新的实验岗位；

7.遵守公司规章制备以及实验室 SOP；

8.提升实验室岗位的协调能力来配合整个实验室流程的稳定运行。

任职资格：

1.生命科学相关专业本科以上学历；一年工作经验以上

2.有细胞培养，抗体表达等分子生物学经验者优先；

3.热爱生命科学实验者优先；

4.熟悉分子生物学相关基础知识；

5.愿意学习新知识，具有发现问题，分析问题和解决问题的意识；

6.有较强的沟通能力和团队协作能力；

7.熟练使用电脑办公软件以及有一定的英语阅读能力。

Job Responsibilities

• Perform antibody purification and testing, including concentration, purity, endotoxin analysis, and other related assays.
• Conduct cell-based experiments such as eukaryotic cell culture and plasmid transfection.
• Improve and optimize laboratory SOPs for relevant positions.
• Ensure the authenticity and integrity of experimental data.
• Support the implementation of exploratory experiments.
• Proactively learn new laboratory techniques and workflows.
• Abide by company regulations and laboratory SOPs.
• Enhance cross-position coordination to support stable and efficient operation of overall laboratory processes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in life sciences or related fields; at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Experience in molecular biology, cell culture, antibody expression, or related fields is preferred.
• Passion for life science research and laboratory work is preferred.
• Solid foundational knowledge of molecular biology.
• Eager to learn new knowledge; capable of identifying, analyzing, and solving problems.
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration spirit.
• Proficient in office software; capable of reading English technical documents.
